In this landlord-tenant dispute, plaintiff Francesca Detrana appeals from an order of the circuit court entering partial summary judgment in defendants’ favor on the issue of “ownership,” and an order (following a bench trial) imposing Supreme Court Rule 137 sanctions (155 Ill. 2d R. 137) against plaintiffs attorney.
