Plaintiff, Robert Eugene Webster, filed a personal injury action against defendant, Edwin Hartman, in the circuit court of Sangamon County. Several years later, the circuit court granted defendant’s motion to enforce a settlement agreement against plaintiff and dismissed plaintiffs cause of action with prejudice. Plaintiff appealed.
