These cross appeals are from an order entered by the district court in proceedings under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act granting a contractor, James Low, trading as Thomas Low and Son, a secured lien claim in the amount of $55,-991.01 for work performed in the construction of a motel on behalf of the debtor, Fleetwood Motel Corporation.
