The defendant, Gordon K. Parker, was convicted of driving while intoxicated (DWI), second offense, see RSA 265:82 (1993)(amended 1995, 1996); RSA 265:82-b, 1(b) (1993) (amended 1995, 1996), after a jury trial in superior court.
