OPINION

KEM THOMPSON FROST, Justice.

A plastic-bag manufacturing company sued a former sales representative for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and tortious interference with business relations. The sales representative filed a counterclaim asserting breach of contract. The jury found that the evidence did not prove a breach of contract or tortious interference by the sales representative. The jury found that the manufacturer breached its contract but that the breach was excused. As to the breach-of-fiduciary-duty claim, the jury answered the breach and damages questions favorably…
