This is an action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the “Secretary”) that denied plaintiffs applications for Supplemental Security Income disability benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act, § 1381 et seq. (the “Act”), and Disability Insurance benefits under Title II of the Act. The Secretary has moved for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c).
