Plaintiff Joan M. Jones appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (Howard G. Munson, Judge), affirming the decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the “Secretary”) denying her claim for disability insurance under the Social Security Act (the “Act”).
