This matter came before the Court on August 4, 2006, on Defendant Wael Mohamed’s Motion for Modification of Sentence. Mohamed petitioned this Court for a writ of coram vobis, asking that his sentence be reduced from two years to 360 days, thereby entitling him to discretionaiy relief in the immigration courts. (Mohamed originally asked for alternative avenues of relief, in the form of the writ of audita querela or a writ of habeas corpus.
