This case comes before the Court on the Petition for Writ of Error Coram Vobis filed by Milton Orrett Oneil Cole. The Commonwealth, by its counsel, Ms. Margaret O’ Shea, objects to the granting of the Petition and has filed abrief in support of that position. In fact, due to the thorough nature of the submissions from both parties, the Court will not hold a hearing on the Petition, but will issue its ruling in the case based on the submissions of the parties.
