ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and for Preliminary Injunction (“Motion”) (DE 4), filed May 2, 2012. On May 17, 2012, I held a hearing on the instant Motion.
