Reversing in part and affirming in part.

The appellee, Security Trust Company, became the testamentary trustee of the estate of John W. Berkley in the year 1903. The beneficiaries have prosecuted this suit against it charging mismanagement through self-dealing, the making of secret profits, and illegal and imprudent investments resulting in the loss of a portion of the estate.
