Plaintiff, by his complaint filed on October 23,1962, seeks to require defendant to endorse two whole life policies of insurance issued by defendant to plaintiff as fully paid up on the anniversary of the policies after plaintiff reached the age of 74, and to recover from defendant premiums paid by plaintiff to defendant after plaintiff reached the age of 74.
