The defendants, Joseph Muratore, alias d.b.a. Muratore Agency, Inc., alias, and Muratore Agency, Inc., alias, have appealed from an order denying their motion to vacate judgment entered in favor of the plaintiffs, Antonio M. Frias, Rose M. Frias (collectively, the Friases), and Universal, Inc.
