The above-captioned adversary proceeding was filed by the female debtor to recover property that allegedly belonged to the debtor. This matter came on for hearing before the undersigned United States Bankruptcy Judge after due and timely notice was given to the defendant and other interested parties, and was heard on March 17, 1981.
