As early as January 19, 2015, Verso Paper Corp. and Verso Paper LLC (Verso) anticipated selling the Bucksport, Maine Paper Mill to AIM Development (USA), LLC (AIM) and in anticipation of the sale, Verso ceased paper mill operations in Bucksport.
