Sidney Aluminum Products, one of the third-party defendants in this lawsuit, seeks an order dismissing the third-party complaint on the grounds that this Court lacks personal jurisdiction over it. Although the controversy involved in this lawsuit could be more efficiently resolved in one action, this Court cannot proceed to determine what, if any, are the rights and obligations of a party unless the relevant statutory and constitutional standards for obtaining personal jurisdiction over that party are met.
