Enlace Mercantil Internacional (“Enlace”) alleges in its complaint that Senior Industries (“Senior”) unlawfully terminated a distributorship agreement between the two companies. The issue in this case is whether the district court abused its discretion by dismissing the complaint for failure to prosecute. Enlace spent more than a year and a half attempting to repeat service of process on Senior.
