In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Colabella, J.), dated July 8, 1996, which denied their motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof which denied those branches of the motion which were to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against the defendants Anthony Serra, GRA Exotic Cars, Inc., and Serra Enterprises, Inc., and substituting therefor provisions granting those branches…
