MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BUCKLO, District Judge.

On December 19, 1996, after a jury trial, judgment was entered in favor of the defendant, Burlington Northern Railroad Company (“Burlington Northern”). Burlington Northern has filed a Bill of Costs, seeking litigation costs of $10,333.77.

The court may tax as costs the following:(1) Fees of the clerk and marshal;(2) Fees of the court reporter for all or any part of the stenographic transcript necessarily obtained for use in the case;(3) Fees and disbursements for printing and witnesses;(4) Fees for exemplification and copies of papers…
