Defendant’s motion to strike {212-1} or disregard {212-2} plaintiffs objection to the magistrate judge’s report and recommendation is denied. Defendant’s motion for legal fees {153-1} and costs {153-2} is granted. The court finds that defendant is entitled to attorney’s fees in the amount of $165,562.50 and costs in the amount of $3,784.45, for a total amount of $169,346.95.
