On the afternoon of January 18, 1938, Frank Fetterolf, plaintiff below and appellee herein, while entering a taxicab owned and operated by the Yellow Cab Company, suffered personal injuries when a truck, owned and operated by the City of Philadelphia, in connection with its Electrical Bureau, ran into the left rear corner of the cab.
