OPINION & ORDER

KEVIN THOMAS DUFFY, District Judge:

Attorneys are officers of the court and must conduct themselves accordingly. They are professionals and, as such, are to be held to a higher standard in the discharge of their duties in this regard. Arlan’s Department Stores, Inc., 615 F.2d 925 (2d Cir. 1979). This is especially true in the context of a Chapter XI proceeding where the debtor’s counsel acts as a fiduciary. Id. at 932-33.
