OPINION

This case is before the court for ruling on the Motion to Compel Arbitration (# 6) fied in Case No. 08-2098 on May 14, 2008. This court has carefully considered the arguments of the parties and the documents submitted by the parties. Following this careful and thorough review, the Motion to Compel Arbitration (# 6) is GRANTED.
