This appeal arises from a preference action filed by Pirinate Consulting Group, LLC, as trustee (“Trustee”) of a creditors’ litigation trust created under the confirmed Chapter 11 plan of. NewPage Corporation, et al. (“NewPage” or “Debtors”).
