Petitioner, John Powers (the husband), appeals from an order of the circuit court of Du Page County which required him to pay a portion of the attorney fees incurred by respondent, Phyllis Powers (the wife), in defense of an appeal, and prosecution of a cross-appeal, brought after judgment was rendered in post-dissolution-of-marriage proceedings.
