MEMORANDUM OPINION

A trial was held in this adversary proceeding on November 15, 2012. Plaintiff Connie Paulette Mele (“Plaintiff’) asserts that Bank of America Home Loans, N.A. (“Defendant”) violated the discharge injunction of 11 U.S.C. § 524 when it sent her certain correspondence and contacted her telephonically after entry of her Chapter 7 discharge.
