Before the Court is a motion by Deanna J. Gill (“Debtor”) seeking to reopen her Chapter 7 case, in order to bring a contested matter to seek sanctions against ESL Federal Credit Union (“ESL”) for an alleged violation of her discharge injunction *33(ECF No. 29).
