ORDER
ROBERT E. GRANT, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the court on its own motion, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b), which required debtor to appear and show cause why this case should not be dismissed as a substantial abuse of the provisions of Chapter 7. A hearing was held on December 4,1987, with the Trustee present by Timothy Junk. Debtor was present in person and by his attorney, Alan K. Hofer.
