FINAL COPY S24Y0016. IN THE MATTER OF SHARON L. BARKSDALE. PER CURIAM. This disciplinary matter is before the Court on Special Master William T. Davis’s report and recommendation. The Special Master recommends that this Court accept the Petition for Voluntary Discipline filed by Sharon L. Barksdale (State Bar No. 037981) in response to the Bar’s formal complaint, see Bar Rule 4-227 (c), and that we impose a public reprimand for Barksdale’s admitted violations of Rules 1.3 and 1.4 of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct, found in Bar Rule 4-102 (d).1 We agree that a public…
