This disciplinary matter is before the Court on the petition for voluntary discipline, before the filing of a formal complaint, filed by Respondent John Andrew Leslie (State Bar No. 447067), see Bar Rule 4-227 (b) (2). In his petition, Leslie, who became a member of the Bar in 2004, seeks the imposition of a Review Panel reprimand for his admitted violations of Rules 1.3, 1.4, and 3.2 of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct, see Bar Rule 4-102 (d).
