Dena Kology brought suit under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”), New York State Human Rights Law, N.Y. Exec. Law § 296 (NYSHRL), and New York City Human Rights Law, N.Y.C.Code § 8-107 (NYCHRL), against My Space NYC Corp. (“My Space”) and its president, Guy Hochman (collectively, “Defendants”).
