This is an appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida, and this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158. Factual findings of the Bankruptcy Court are accepted unless clearly erroneous and questions of law are reviewed de novo. In re Patterson, 967 F.2d 505 (11th Cir.1992). The Court has considered the briefs of the parties as well as their oral arguments.
