This was an action commenced before a Justice of the Peace of Wright county, by *283tbe Defendant in error, against School District No. 7, of that conntj. Judgment was given in favor of the Plaintiff against the Defendant for the sum of $71.35 damages, besides costs. There was no appearance on the part of the Defendant. The cause was taken to the District Court by certiorari, and the judgment below affirmed. The Defendant brings the cause to this Court by writ of error.
We shall notice but two of the objections urged on the part of the Plaintiff in error. It is claimed that…
