MEMORANDUM OPINION

Pending before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss [ECF No. 19], which seeks dismissal of Plaintiffs Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1) based on lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Because the Court finds that it has jurisdiction over this matter, the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss will be denied.
