ORDER GRANTING SUMMARY JUDGMENT
KENT, District Judge.
Now before the Court is Defendant HL&P’s Motion for Summary Judgement, dated April 28, 1997. The Plaintiff has responded to Defendant’s Motion, although her Response is largely a proforma exercise. This action is one of nine cases filed together against the Defendant, all of which having a tortured procedural history.
