This is an action for a declaratory judgment by ten taxpayers and residents of Farmington designed to test the constitutionality of the statutes under which School Administrative District No. 9, comprising the Towns of Farmington, Chesterville, and Industry, was organized. R. S., c. 107, §§ 38-50 (Uniform Declaratory Judgments Act) ; R. S., c. 41, §§ 111-A through 111-U (statutes relating to School Administrative District, sometimes hereinafter called the “Sinclair Act”).
