Pending before the court is Defendant Beazley Insurance Company, Inc. f/k/a Omaha Property and Casualty Insurance Company’s (“Beazley”) Motion for Summary Judgment (# 25). Beazley seeks summary judgment on Plaintiffs Guido E. Hanak and Mary C. Hanak’s (“the Hanaks”) claims for breach of contract and equitable lien arising out of a flood insurance policy issued by Beazley’s predecessor, Omaha Property and Casualty Insurance Company (“OPAC”).
