Mary Price exhibited her bill in equity in the circuit court of St. Clair county, to contest an instrument in writing, probated in the county court of that county on the 4th day of November, A. D. 1878, as the last will and testament of Isaac Foreman, who died on the 28th day of October, A. D. 1878.
