On the 12th day of November, 1863, William Brownfield and a number of others, the heirs of John Brownfield, filed their bill in chancery, in the Champaign Circuit Court, against Thomas and Milton Brownfield, to impeach the last will of John Brownfield, deceased. The bill alleges that the will was obtained by fraud, and undue influence exercised by the defendants over the testator in the execution of the will.
