Plaintiff-Appellant Marietta Taylor lost her home in a foreclosure action brought in the Superior Court of Lake County, Indiana by the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) and Waterfield Mortgage Company (Waterfield) through the law firm of Burke, Costanza & Cuppy, LLP (BCC) (collectively, the Defendants).
