MARTIN, Chief Justice,

On June 28, 1934 the appellants, as plaintiffs, filed suit in the Supreme Court 0f the District of Columbia against the appellees as defendants, praying for a decree to terminate a receivership of the appellant bank and for the return of its assets to the original officers and stockholders of the bank
