Mrs. J. W. Yandergriff filed a claim against Y. W. Shepard before the industrial commission of Georgia for compensation for the accidental drowning of her husband, J. W. Yandergriff. Commissioner Stanley held that Shepard had more than ten employees regularly in service in the same business, and that the accident arose out of and in the course of the employment of the deceased, and made an award in favor of the claimant.
