Petitioner seeks certiorari to review an order of the Industrial Commission affirming an order of a deputy commissioner denying his claim for compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Act.
The employer undertook to build a small fishing cabin for her private use. The petitioner, who was regularly employed as a carpenter for a construction company, performed intermittent work on the cabin in his spare time at an hourly wage over a period of approximately three weeks prior to the date of the injury.
