This matter came on for hearing and trial before the court upon the election to take dower and petition for assignment of dower filed herein by Anne Holding and the traverse and response thereto filed by A. Regina Galen Chilton, individually and as executrix of the last will and testament of Daniel P. Galen, deceased.
