Mrs. Heisel sued the railroad company in *64ease, for an injury suffered by her as owner of a lot situated on West Division, formerly Seward street, in the city of. Grand Eapids. The injury complained of was one resulting from an occupation of the street in front of plaintiff’s premises by the main track of the railroad, and also by a side-track upon which cars were often left standing.
