OPINION
{¶ 1} Larry N. Morgan appeals from his conviction and sentence in the Municipal Court of Clark County, Ohio. Morgan was charged by complaint with failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign, in violation of Section 331.19A of the Springfield City Ordinances. Proceeding pro se, Morgan pled not guilty to the charge and subsequently appeared before the court for a bench trial. The court found the appellant guilty and sentenced him to a $100.00 fine plus costs.
