Seabert Howard Harmon, defendant, was found guilty of second degre'e murder by a jury and his punishment fixed at 20 years in the State penitentiary. He was sentenced in accordance with the jury’s verdict and is here on a writ of error to the judgment.
Defendant contends that the trial court 'erred (1) in overruling defendant’s motion to quash the writs of venire facias; and (2) in admitting into evidence the particulars of defendant’s prior felony conviction and evidence as to another unrelated crime.
