First State Bank of Hughes Springs v. Sanford

Appellant, as plaintiff in the court below, filed its suit against appellees Tom N. San ford and O. W. Burgess, of Dallas county, - Tex., and Dan DaRoe, of El Paso county, Tex., and Merchants’ & Planters’ State Bank of Winnsboro, Wood county, Tex., as defendants therein.
