This matter is before the court as a result of defendants’ application for a protective order restricting plaintiffs dissemination of a videotape of a deposition to be taken of Glo-versville Mayor Abraham Seroussi, one of the defendants in this action. In support of that application, defendants assert that plaintiffs avowed intention to publicize the deposition and make the videotape of it freely available to the media is improper, and suggests a desire to make an impermissible use of material acquired during the course of pretrial…
