Judgment for $1529.56, plus interest and 15% collection fees, was entered by confession on March 20, 1939 in favor of “Sisemore & Kierbow Co., Inc., now to the use of The Bastian-Blessing Company”, against L. F. Nicholas, on a judgment exemption note for that amount. The note was dated June 22, 1938, and ivas payable in monthly instalments of $42.50 each on the 25th day of each month, beginning August 25, 1938, until July 25, J.9Jfl, when a last payment of $42.06 was due; “with interest at 6% per annum on unpaid balance from maturity until paid”.
